As  unify factor sports has been defined as an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment. Sports is part of training and skills development, as an extra curricular activity the institution has provided for all Wednesday afternoon to allow every student participation in various sports activity. W have a number of sports disciplines such as; 

  • Gents Soccer
  • Ladies soccer
  • Gents Netball
  • Ladies Netball
  • Basketball (Both ladies and Gents)
  • Volleyball  (Both ladies and Gents)
  • Rugby
  • Chess (Both ladies and Gents)
  • Pool
  • Tennis (Both ladies and Gents)

Sport will help our minds to grow health, it will also help us to kick out non-communicable diseases lets keep fit  with KIT sports!
